Diane Moore – Founder & CEO

Diane Moore is the Founder and CEO of CleanWork Solutions, a New York–based facility services company serving clients across New York City and the surrounding region. A lifelong Bronx resident, Diane founded the company in 2016 with a clear mission: deliver consistent, high-quality service while creating meaningful job opportunities and pathways for growth.

Diane’s leadership has been recognized by organizations such as BOC Network, Ascend NYC, and the Harlem Entrepreneurial Fund, and she continues to invest in her growth as a business leader. She completed Columbia University’s CU Grow program and was recently accepted into the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, reflecting her commitment to building a stronger, more scalable company.

Under her leadership, CleanWork Solutions has grown to support a wide range of commercial and public sector environments, backed by strong systems, operational efficiency, and a focus on accountability. Diane is also deeply committed to workforce development, creating opportunities for individuals facing barriers to employment and fostering long-term growth within her team.
